What can i say about Darryn. First of all, he helped me buy my first house in Aug of 2012. It was a house that was just listed that day and Darryn though before I even saw it that it was going to be the one and made sure we saw it ASAP. Well he was right. 15 minutes after seeing it, we had a offer written and presented to the seller. 2 hours later, it was accepted. Fast forward, Almost 4 years to the day. Since buying the original house, I have since married and had a daughter. Time to find a bigger house with a huge restriction of a quarter mile radius from the original house. Love the neighbors. Did not think he would make it happen but he did. Other side of the street a few houses down from my first house. He got all the terms we requested. Who would have thought. Finally that original home. He said that he could get a higher price than my wife and I thought was possible. Again he delivered the higher asking price than we originally though listing it for and with a 0% seller contribution. Not to mention within 3 days of listing it. I am truly amazed at the service he provides and will always being using him for all future restate transactions.
